We've only really played during the day, but night seems kinda cool. I wanna play indoors when its getting dark out, i think that would be intense.

I've played both night and day games, and I'm going to have to say day is way better. Me and my group of friends always try to take Tuesday off so we can play (it seems the best day for everyone's schedules).

Night games are pretty fun if done right.
Recently at OP:Snafu we did some probbing along the firebase that we built. We had 5 or 6 North Vietnamese soldiers start a probing attacking on the firebase, preceeded by bugle and whistle blows. We distributed tracer mags throughout the troops so that there would be a large volume of tracer rounds going down range by both sides. It was pretty epic to say the least.

I'd say both night and day are fun. i prefer day games because you can get a better feel for tactics and your weapon. Where as night matches can test your senses to the max. Its not as much about seeing unles you carry lights and that just takes the fun out of it. You have to know your weapon very well to play at night and any of your team mates

I've done about half and half of most my games during the night and day. First big fight I was ever in was an overnight one, from like 11PM until 9 AM. I like night fights, so long as it keeps going. If you throw people in a woods and say "ok kill each other"....no ones moves haha. We've had a night fight where we've actually fallen asleep waiting around. So for our night fights we're throwing in objective games and time limits to keep it moving. Day fights are great too though. It really depends on your role and how quietly you can move.

one thing that seems to be spicing up the night games is the use of tracer units to simulate the muzzle flash of the gun. this makes people less hesitant to move knowing that enemy positions can be discovered more easily.
