This is my baby. Painted to match my loadout, figured why pay hundreds of dollars for camo and gear when your weapon sticks out like a sore thumb. I feel it does the job nicely, though matching colors was a nightmare.  |

haha that would be awesome. You should just get one of those $41 p.o.s. MP5s from Walmart. You could practice on that until you perfected it, then hit the good one.

We talking the GI boneyard? I personally wouldn't go that route because they give you no information whatsoever as to the condition of the gun (like what its missing or whats broken). I understand its the boneyard, but they might send you a gun that is missing things like the hand guard, stock, pistol grip, etc. In which case, it would defeat the purpose of getting it since you are missing critical external parts that you would want to paint to bring the look of the gun together. Not to mention the fact that half the products are way over-priced for stuff that is broken/missing pieces. Just my two cents. |

If your scared to paint your expensive gun, then try using burlap and twine. You can paint it any color you want and then cut it into strips and tie it on to your ris and or stock.

yeah, i need some clear on my m4, i like the worn look in the paint tho, makes it look real, but after a some cool wearing ill clear it to keep it from looking like complete (poooooop) haha

Nice. I probably would've gone two-tone with it and painted the upper receiver itself rather than the dust cover and charging handle, but it looks good.

yeah that was my idea at first, but was too lazy to strip the it all down haha, so i op'd to just do some small stuff, i want a magpull tan body too, so im just gunna wait for that.
