Here are a couple basic guidelines that all users will be expected to follow. Failure to adhere to these simple rules can result in deleted posts or threads, suspension of account for a certain amount of time, or even having the account banned.
-Respect the administrators and moderators. Their names will appear in red

-Advertising of businesses on this forum will NOT be tolerated in any way, shape, or form except for in the Local Retailers section of the forum.
-It is required that all registered users post in the Introductions thread in the General Board, and users' participation in forum-sponsored events will be extremely limited until this requirement has been fulfilled.
-Please keep profanity and the posting of inappropriate material to a minimum. There may be youngsters browsing the forum.
-Karma is obtained from your fellow users either Exalting (good) or Smiting (bad) you. This number has no effect on your status on the forum, it is simply a tool for other users to express their thoughts towards you.
-Warning points can only be obtained from Administrators. This number CAN affect you on this forum in that if you acquire too many, the admins can suspend your account for a certain amount of time, or even ban you from the forum indefinitely. Administrators can hand out these warning points at their own discretion. The only way to get rid of these points is by waiting it out; you will lose 10 warning points every week.
Here is a brief description of consequences:
--Obtain 30 warning points, and you'll get your account suspended for 3 days.
--Obtain 50 warning points, and that's a week of suspension.
--Reach 100 warning points, and you will be permanently banned.
Should any of these measures become close to being imposed upon you, you will be notified by email. If any are enacted, you will again be notified by email.
-All Guests are restricted from accessing the Classifieds section of the forum.
