i use a JG AK-47 RIS with a red dot sight that shoots at 400+ fps, and a crossman c11 pistol that uses co2 and shoots at 400 fps.

I have a UHC 6" revolver (265 fps), Marushin M500 Shotgun (I think thats what it is, Its a 6 shot shotgun) Co2 Powered nbb M9(similar to the C11, same mag and ratings but not by crossman).

Ok...so I'll just go over my side-arms until I get the new parts I ordered installed in my rifle. So my first Pistol is an original KWA Glock 18C (With original trademarks, before Glock sued everyone). I feel that it's an excellent handgun for a sniper like me due to the full-auto capability. It has gotten me out of so many close-quarter encounters resulting in it's nickname..."my lifesaver". Overall the gun is very high maintenance (lots of cleaning) but gets a perfect 10 out of 10 in my book. Upgrades and Accessories: Mad Bull 6.03mm tight bore barrel (bumped velocity up to 340 fps) Propane (instead of greens gas)    Next is my CO2 powered TSD M92. Its not the flashiest gun around but is one of the most durable in my opinion. The best feature on this gun is without a doubt it's gas usage! I can unload about 10 mags with only 1 CO2 cartridge! In addition to that the velocity is outstanding at a whoping 390 fps. Upgrades and Accessories: UTG Tactical flashlight    |

I am looking to get a sniper rifle next. Anyone have any recommendations? I want something very realistic with good power. I am having trouble finding out whether gas or spring is better for these. i am reading spring is better. Especially for the fact that it doesn't make much noise. rvae, I am almost positive that you should look into getting a spring rifle. Gas rifles are good but they are not consistent. Considering the area we play in and how random our weather is gas would not be the way to go. Gas will freeze if it's too cold out and you have to constantly make sure the canister is not wet. Another big problem with gas is it's very loud so it takes the stealth aspect away from being a sniper. I would have to say the largest problem with gas rifles are that they're FPS is never consistent. I've played with both gas and spring snipers for the last two years, i have also played with semi auto aeg snipers. Personally i would recomend getting a gas, particularly the KJW M700. I play with my friends when ever i have the chance and would gladly take it over any other gun. In terms of sound is is one of the quietest snipers i have ever shot, especially if you throw a working supressor on it. When most people thing gas gun they think a blowback pistol, there is no comparision in sound, it would be like comparing a wisper and a scream. The bolt is easier and smoother than a spring of similar power. It shoots 550 out of the box simply by adjusting the valve. Though as it was mentioned it is not a weapon for cold days. In terms of consistency, i've rarely had any problem with fps drops. though if you are worried about it you can modify the mag to accept a remote line and carry a can of propane on your back and fps will be completely stable. Spring rifles are a much cheaper alternative to gas, you can get a good spring rifle for around 100, may not be fancy or the best looking but it will work well and last. Personally i do not like spring rifles because cocking them is harder to do silently and the spring when released makes a good bit of noise. Mike covered springs pretty well above so i will leave it at that. then the most expensive option would be to buy an aeg and upgrade it heavily to achieve a semi auto sniper. I went this route and let me tell you that while the gun is amazing to play with, putting bb's down range as fast as i can pull the trigger. How ever in doing this i have spent more than the gun is worth in upgrade parts and time. I'd estimate that i've put around 400 in parts alone into the gun, not to mention the countelss hours rebuilding the gearbox to handle that much power. As a true sniper it in truth fails, it is is by far to loud to allow me to work undetected so i use it more as a counter sniper weapon. all in all if you are looking to get a dedicated sniper that will used on a regular basis i would recomend spending the money on a gas. if you are buying it as a weapon you will use only occasionaly then get a spring as they are cheaper. New Kids on the Block is my favourite pop-band of 90s. NKOTB had so many hit songs! The ones I remember are 'Tonight', 'Baby, I Believe In You' and, of course their hit 'Step By Step'. These are real songs, not garbage like today! And it is awesome they have a tour in 2019! So I'm going to visit New Kids on the Block concert this year.
